This place is just amazing. From the food to the service...hands down this is a must try!!! You're going to love it. Nice open seating, lots of tables for small or large crowds.
The food was wonderful except the rice. It had a flavor I've never tasted. Similar to a scorched taste sorry to say. Everything else was great! Service was fast and friendly and wait times weren't bad. Large well lit dining with bright colors you'd expect in a Mexican restaurant. They have an ice cream parlor connected kids love obviously! Many were heading over there. You can enter inside the restaurant or from outside entrance.

A solid effort from this New Mexican restaurant in blue Springs. It was pretty empty when I first got there about 5 o'clock on a Friday, but by the time I left the place was filling up. I came for happy hour, which is from 3 to 6. They have both drink and food specials. I opted for a deep fried taco, and the pork mini chimichanga on the happy hour menu. Both were good. My server was so sweet. Everyone there seemed helpful and friendly. I noticed they didn't have any tamales on their menu. My service said yes they did have tamales so I tried to order one. There was a misunderstanding, and I ended up with a tamale plate. For pork, tamales, refried beans and rice. I am normally not a fan of refried rice, but theirs was good. I'll absolutely look forward to coming back with the hubs.
